Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be done 24 hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment.
Any appointment canceled from the 25th hour up to the time of the appointment, will incur the cancellation fee. The fee is equal to 50% of the total service cost. This covers my time and open spot that would have been filled by a client.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please call. If there are no clients directly after you, I will still take you. If being late will affect any clients after you, I will not be able to take you and $25 will be added to your next appointment.
No Call/No Shows will be charged the full amount on the debit/credit card you provide when booking your appointment.
In Summary:
Cancellation Fee: 50% of service total
Late Fee: $25 (added to next appointment)
No Call/No Show: 100% charged to card on file
